Yes, even though a lot of our orders are placed for the next day, your bread is always baked the day of delivery. We believe in serving the best product we can — and we also believe our bread is best eaten fresh.

Our full size, large focaccia loaves are 2 pounds and roughly 9"x14". Our smaller half size loaves are 1 pound and roughly 8"x10". Depending on what you plan to do with it, a full size loaf can feed 6-10.

Although all of our products are best enjoyed the day of delivery, depending on the product, you can refrigerate or even freeze them and then bring them right back to life in a toaster, oven, or microwave. Always refer to the label on your product for more specific instructions.

All of our products will be delivered with a label that describes the recommended way to reheat.

No. All of our products are prepared in a kitchen that uses only high-quality, premium, heritage wheat flour. While we don't recommend anyone with a serious gluten allergy to eat our products, we try our best to make sure that those who prefer to eat products made with only heritage wheat can be assured that there is no cross contamination.
